Allow users to specify for which country they need the bridges.
allow users to specify for which country they need the bridges. bridges that are blocked in one country are still useful in another. bridges with one kind of pluggable transport might be easy to block in one country work fine in another. it should not be decided upon ip but the user should have the choice. he should also be able to decide wether stealth or speed is more important.
