Add "ExcludeExitNodes" Option?

It seems to me useful to be able to exclude particular nodes only for exit (due to some websites' propensity to filter by country of origin) which would be perfectly fine to use earlier in the circuit. But now, the only way I can see to exclude an exit is to exclude a node entirely from created circuits with ExcludeNodes.

Thanks!
