Please provide a VM for webstats.torproject.org

For our funding campaign we would like to use access counts to the success of different distribution channels. At the same time, we would also be able to provide download counts for files.

We will want to serve up an archive of sanitized logs, as analyzed by webalizer. This won't need much ram but eventually it'll require a lot of disk space for the archive.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
