ooni https webpage pulls in css from http, so iceweasel breaks it
https://ooni.torproject.org/ for me gives a mixed content warning, and my iceweasel opts not to fetch the http components. But one of the http components is the css!
The result is that when you click on 'docs', you get the github page, and it's basically impossible to click on something to find that ooni has documentation.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
