Update manual page on Tor website
https://www.torproject.org/docs/tor-manual.html.en is currently from an old version of Tor.
Can we please:
- Update it to the latest released version (0.2.7.3)?
- Update any website documents that come from the Tor distribution (like example torrcs) from the git maint-0.2.7.3 tag?
- Place a Tor version number or date on each of these pages?
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
