When I do "ooniprobe -i /usr/share/ooni/decks/fast_no_root.deck" on ooniprobe 1.3.1-2 (from the stretch deb), among the complaints I get are a big pile of

Unhandled error in Deferred:

Traceback (most recent call last):
Failure: txtorcon.torcontrolprotocol.TorProtocolError: 551 GeoIP data not loaded

I do indeed have the geoip-database deb installed (version 20150317-1).

At one point in the middle, it gives a bit more detail:

[!] Could not find GeoIP data file in /usr/share/GeoIP.Try running ooniresources --update-geoip or edit your ooniprobe.conf

A) There's a missing newline in this log line.

B) ls -la /usr/share/GeoIP shows

-rw-r--r--   1 root root 1061883 Mar 17  2015 GeoIP.dat
-rw-r--r--   1 root root 3949299 Mar 17  2015 GeoIPv6.dat

So, what's missing?
