Add tor2web redirects to HTTPS-E in TBB

I recently added some Tor2web redirects for "darkweb everywhere" HTTPS-E rulesets, seen here:

https://github.com/chris-barry/darkweb-everywhere/blob/master/rules/onion-tor2web.xml

As far as I know darkweb-everywhere isn't included in the HTTPS-E in TBB. How can we get the tor2web rewrite rules included in TBB?

The goal here is that TBB users who accidentally click a tor2web link will still be redirected to the .onion URL.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
