Migrate Tor Messenger page to Tor website
A current Tor Messenger website is at https://thetorproject.github.io/tor-messenger-website/
We should migrate it to https://www.torproject.org/projects/tormessenger/ to match the Tor Browser tree.
And then we should add it to the list of projects on the frontpage
And also add it to the https://www.torproject.org/projects/projects page
And also add it to Damian's table on https://www.torproject.org/getinvolved/volunteer#Projects
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
