Unable to connect to bip IRC proxy
I am unable to connect to my IRC proxy using Tor Messenger. bip is able to use a single proxy server for multiple networks. The network selection is done at login time using the network password.
I'm not sure what's not working with Tor Messenger. The connection phase never completes. I see a new window with the following message:
The following message received from b.i.p was not encrypted: You should type /QUOTE PASS your_username:your_password:your_connection_name
Is Tor Messenger properly sending passwords for IRC?
(This works just fine with Pidgin.)
