Create a clone of the current trac db and a new trac vhost
Following the work mentioned in #17368 (moved), it's needed to create a clone of the current trac database and a new vhost to have a staging instance of the current trac and test some plugins.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
