Tor Browser already running but not responding
After installing the new beta update to 5.03 Windows, the second and subsequent time I launched the browser, I received the error message (see attached).
I checked the Process Explorer. No browser was launched.
I made sure that Read only was unchecked.
I made sure that I had privileges to run.
I deleted Tor Browser folder and shortcut and reinstalled.
Again, the second and subsequent launching of Tor Browser produced same error.
Cannot use the Tor BETA update ABOVE Windows 5.03
