PT Spec v1 should document the ExtORPort
Follow up from #16754 (moved).
The newly generic PT spec is still lacking the non-tor specific parts of proposals 196 and 217 pertaining to the Extended OR Port. The information conveyed via that protocol is useful to non-tor people so the spec should one day incorporate such.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
