Change default page to add celebrity quote

Changes to the default page:
Container under top navigation:

Should be 2 columns;

Left column should have 2 sub-columns, one div for celebrity image and one div with celebrity name as a header and one paragraph quote;

Right column should be the donate panel which should:

Have a suggested value (pre-checked) in this case is indicated by the selected color blue;

Pre-checked frequency to be monthly

'doesn't require an account' should be in bold (I am wondering if the text should change/ something with credit card on it might be better -> 'credit card or paypal')

'other ways to donate' change the copy to this one - is more clear

Footer: 501(c)(3) info should go there, together with links to privacy policy and faq
