Donors privacy policy page

Page should have a link at the top and the bottom: 'Donate' - that takes the person back to the default donation page.
Question - should the behavior change for champions page? Instead of having the link take the person to default donation page it should take the person to the champions page they came from.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
