Add emails back to alias for donations @ tp.org

Hello there, we used to point donations@tp.org to arma and Katherine's emails. We added the RT email address there but we shouldn't have removed arma and Katherine.

Please point donations@tp.org to donations@rt.tp.org, arma@tp.org and kbergeron@tp.org
