The website should support "stable" and "oldstable" tor releases
Right now we have "alpha" and "stable". But sometimes we want to have an extra stable listed as well.
No hurry on this one.

If so, maybe we want to have a page instead of the direct download, similar to the Alpha download one, for the different core tor stable versions. Otherwise we should close this.
