Remove homepage donation banner when campaign is finished
When the December 2015 donation campaign is finished, we can remove the donation banner from the homepage.
(The banner was introduced in #17880 (moved).)
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
