Stop encouraging people to run website mirrors so much
We have a broad selection of mirrors, some of which are very unstable and not too well-maintained. Instead of promoting website mirroring as a volunteer activity, I think we should focus on other volunteer tasks (while still accepting new mirrors, if someone wants to do it).
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
