Investigate chosen ciphersuite

A nice user reported,

Schrodi: I had a question, is there any way to change the SSL/TLS that Tor Messenger uses? when I enable it to connect to OFTC it says it's using TLSv1.2 AES128-SHA-128. Or is that based on the server setup?

and, indeed, connecting says,

Tor Messenger: Connected securely via TLSv1.2 AES128-SHA-128 Pidgin: Connected securely via TLSv1.2 AES128-GCM-SHA256-128

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
