[Windows] Tor NT service and Brower Bundle

Hi,

Operating Tor as a service on Linux, next to the browser bundle works great. But on Windows th Browser Bundle gets all crashy if the service is installed with a bad torrc. but I found a solution that could use to add to the documentation.

Setup: https://www.torproject.org/docs/faq.html.en#NTService

This should be included into the service torrc file or TorBrowserBundle will crash whenever the service is running. ControlPort auto
