BridgeDB should clean up unparseable descriptor files at some regular interval

BridgeDB saves descriptors which it could not parse for later analysis. This was part of #9380 (moved). Now we have the trouble that these files can build up and take up too much space on a machine. We should implement something within BridgeDB on a timer which gets rid of these files after a certain point.
