Test Scramblesuit reachability in our test suite
Users complained on the blog that Scramblesuit did not work anymore (see e.g. https://blog.torproject.org/blog/tor-browser-554-released#comment-164395). And they were right as the VM providing the bridge was down. We should write a test for this PT and include it in the test suite.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
