Verifying signatures date should be updated

The signature seems to always stay up to date which is good but the date given is never the correct signature date (it's of older version sigs).
This should be always updated so it doesn't confuse users and also saves time for people who may answer these questions.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
