Allow specifying the Chutney data directory
With "Chutney data directory" I am referring to the net sub-directory. I find it preferable to be able to store such cruft outside of the source tree. See the attached patch.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
