Make report "My Tickets (all)" case-insensitive

I noticed that there are tickets owned by karsten and tickets owned by Karsten. The latter don't show up in report 7 "My Tickets (all)". How about we make username comparison in that query case-insensitive? I created a new report 25 which is a copy of 7 but which ignores case. Should 25 replace 7?
