Use the same proxy port for Enigmail

After looking at the default preferences file i noticed an inconsistency between the proxy ports that Torbirdy and Enigmail use. The exact lines are

Torbirdy: https://gitweb.torproject.org/torbirdy.git/tree/components/torbirdy.js#n46 Enigmail: https://gitweb.torproject.org/torbirdy.git/tree/components/torbirdy.js#n226

The change to use port 9050 happened in commit 89bf536f14872660815886f480cc88902904d4aa.

Shouldn't Enigmail instruct GnuPG to use port 9150 to connect to the keyserver instead of port 9050?

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
