To restore usabillty of http proxy
I suggest to add a preferences item that restores possibility of using http proxy instead of different circuits.
Menuitem "Tor network settings" seems to be empty, how about to make it working and with that proxy settings you removed.
I can possibly do this myself, you just approve.
