The link to the OFTC website at the contact page of the torproject.org website (https://www.torproject.org/about/contact.html.en) is broken. It refers to "http[:]//www.oftc.net/oftc/", which serves a 404. I suggest it should also link to the https version of the website.
Fix: Change href to "https://www.oftc.net/"
