Add Jacob Appelbaum to Past Contributors
There is no component that fits for the website, so I select none.
I came to create a ticket to remind you to remove Jacob from the list of core Tor people, just to find out that you did that, already. Last time I checked he was still listed what would not be correct.
Now I'd like to remind you to add him to the list of Past Contributors.
