txtorcon needs a Debian jessie backport
In order to provide a backport for ooniprobe, txtorcon will also need a backport. Adding this bug here with the parent set to the ooniprobe bug to track.
The component is set to ooni, I guess txtorcon bugs are tracked on the github really.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
