Set safe defaults for outgoing servers
On TorBirdy's first run, we set safe defaults for all incoming accounts. We should do the same for outgoing accounts configured prior to TorBirdy's install. First preserve the settings so that they can be restored on disable/uninstall and then set the safe defaults.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
