Batch-close all tickets in Metrics/Tor Weather and remove that component
We're not hosting Weather anymore, nor do we have plans to host it again. Should we batch-close all tickets in the Metrics/Tor Weather component? And should we remove that component, so that new tickets cannot get assigned to it?
Happy to do this, unless it's a bad idea.
