Problem with invoking Tor
I am unable to invoke TOR from my desktop. The windows busy circling appears but them nothing else happens. I have tried removing it and reinstalling it several but it still doesn't work. I am using Windows 8 64-bit. Has anyone got any answers? Thanks.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
