Create a Metrics component (without subcomponent)
We need a general Metrics component without a subcomponent for issues concerning more than one Metrics subcomponent. I'm creating that component in a minute and creating this ticket to document this.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
