Remove Globe component
Globe is retired and we should avoid that new tickets can be assigned to the Globe Trac component. I'll delete that Trac component in a second, which won't affect existing tickets. This ticket has the purpose of documenting this change.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
