Set CurProcD for Thunderbird/Instantbird

For Thunderbird/Instantbird, the CurProcD (topDir) is not browser/, so we need to iterate one level less than Firefox.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
