Add flag to allow building website without tor docs
It's pretty complicated to build the website, because you need to clone the tor repo and build the tor docs first. It would be nice if we could build the website with tor docs disabled.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
