Add --no-ntor and --no-tap options to the Leekspin descriptor generator
teor mention on IRC that he needs "a descriptor without an ntor onion key for #19163 (moved), and eventually we'll want descriptors without TAP keys."
This should be simple to add.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
