correct exitlist
Make exitlists url configurable and correct current setting:
The current setting http://exitlist.torproject.org/exit-addresses is wrong and should be changed to https://check.torproject.org/exit-addresses.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
