Please make new tor-research-safety list
I did a rump session talk at PETS on the research safety board idea: https://research.torproject.org/safetyboard.html and I have some people lined up to be the first guinea pigs, so it is time to have a more consistent contact address.
Can we make a tor-research-safety list, with me as the owner? Then I'll configure it and populate it with people.
