"help censored users" vidalia button needs explanation

Some users click "help censored users" in Vidalia's sharing window, rather than "be a relay". Then they spend a lot of time looking at public relay listings, wondering why their Tor relay is broken.

We could save them a lot of trouble by improving the interface around opting to be a bridge. For example,

"Help censored users reach the Tor network (<a href="">what's this?</a>)

We also need some text in the Vidalia help pages that describes what being a bridge is from the bridge operator side. Currently we only have text about how to configure to use somebody else's bridge.
