ReferenceChecker causes OOM
In general, statistics and analysis should be separated from normal functioning.
After a sync-run ReferenceChecker hogs CPU and memory. It might need to be disabled for the first sync-release.
The implementation should be redesigned.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
