Section 3.8.1 of dir-spec is out of date again
We've added two new consensus methods since the last update to section 3.8.1.
Section 3.8 has a big bulleted list under "A router status entry", and I think some recent consensus methods were erroneously added to it Consensus method 26 (initialize bw weights to 1) is the one I'm most familiar with that may not belong there.
Whether or not it does belong in 3.8, method 25 and 26 are missing from section 3.8.1.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
