Deprecate HTTPProxy and httpproxyauthenticator

Users should switch to HTTPSProxy, even if they're using "HTTP Proxy" like Privoxy/Polipo. Remove HTTPProxy. It is really confusing.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
