bwauths don't handle NEWCONSENSUS event correctly
Instead, they throw an error about a missing path_selector every time a new consensus arrives.
(It's possible some of my other code changes might be causing this error to surface.)
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
