Edit the release instructions to include handling blog comments?

https://blog.torproject.org/blog/tor-0289-released-important-fixes has several dozen comments from users that are sitting in the 'unapproved' pile.

If we're going to do blog posts, and permit comments on them, we should not then ignore the comments and leave them unapproved.

Maybe that means we should disable comments on the Tor release blog posts.

But better would be to have some plan for following up and answering the questions of the users -- there are some bug reports, user experience problems, etc reported there.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
