`sandboxed-tor-browser` probably needs a `.desktop` file.

I don't use a desktop environment at all, but most people probably do, and I think a .desktop file is the way such things are handled. This probably requires self-modifying .desktop madness similar to start-tor-browser.desktop.

I'm not sure where the best place to integrate this will be either.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
