Youtube video controls are not visible on highest security level in Tor Browser
Go to youtube.com with security slider level set to high and scripts allowed for youtube. Select a video (and if needed allow it to play) and while the video is running no video controls are visible.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
