Update website to take care of pt-PT -> pt-BR switch for Tor Browser alpha
We are moving to pt-BR bundles for Portuguese in #20556 (closed) and should update the website as well for our next alphas.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
