Add a microdesc consensus link
Clients have been using the microdesc consensus by default for a while, and soon relays will also use it.
Can we add a link for the microdesc consensus to the authority table at the top of consensus health?
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
